Ny kontoplansfunktion
Vi kommer att släppa nya kontoplansfunktioner i Procountor. Dessa funktioner kommer att förbättra bokförings- och rapporteringsfunktionerna på flera sätt.
Från och med april-releasen kommer alla nya Procountor-miljöer (med andra ord miljöer som skapats efter den 23 april) endast ha de nya kontoplansfunktionerna. Dessa nya miljöer kommer inte att kunna se gamla bokföringsrapporter och gamla kontoplaner.
De nya kontoplansfunktionerna kommer att introduceras i befintliga Procountor-miljöer under maj och juni. Observera att de nya funktionerna släpps i omgångar och din Procountor-miljö kan visa de nya funktionerna i antingen maj eller juni. Varje kund kommer att meddelas om de nya funktionerna med ett popup-meddelande i Procountor efter att de nya funktionerna har konverterats till den aktuella miljön.
De bokföringsfunktioner som tidigare använts, som den gamla rapportvyn, kommer att vara synliga i Procountor-miljöer (med undantag för nya miljöer) i några månader jämte de nya funktionerna/vyerna, men kommer tas bort helt i augusti.
De nya kontoplansfunktionerna inkluderar följande ändringar:
- Ny kontoplan. Det är nu enklare att modifiera kontoplanen efter dina egna specifika behov. Kontogrupper och rubriker är inte längre låsta utan kan redigeras fritt.
- Förnyade rapporter. De nya rapporterna använder nya standardrapportscheman som har skapats för svenska miljöer. Dessutom har sökkriterierna för rapporterna förbättrats och användaren kan, till exempel, välja de sökkriterier som ska visas och även dela dessa till andra användare. Dessutom kan rapportlängden ”Kortfattad” användas i bokföringsrapporter.
- Uppdaterade rapportscheman (gäller rapporterna). Att skapa anpassade rapportscheman med nyckeltal är nu enklare och effektivare med en ny radfunktionstyp. I vyn Rapporter (ny) kan rapportformler skapas via den nya knappen ”Rapportscheman (ny)”.
- Fritt att redigera förvalda rapportscheman. Det är nu möjligt att redigera förvalda rapportscheman, alltså hur resultat- och balans presenteras i rapporterna.
- Förnyad balansspecifikation. Att generera en balansspecifikation blir lättare tack vare förbättrad automatisering. Inställningarna bestäms via vyn Kontoplan (ny) och sedan via knappen ”Kontoinställningar till balansspecifikationen”.

NEW FEATURES IN PROCOUNTOR VERSION 63.0
New chart of accounts features
We will release new “Chart of Accounts” features in Procountor. These features will improve accounting and reporting functions in numerous ways.
From April's release onwards, all new Procountor environments (i.e. environments created after April 23rd) will have the new Chart of account features in place. These new environments will not have visibility to old Accounting reports and old Chart of accounts.
The new Chart of accounts features will be introduced to existing Procountor environments during May and June. Please note that the new features are released in sections and your Procountor environment may see the new features in either May or June. Each customer will be notified about the new features with a pop-up notification inside Procountor once the new features have been introduced in that environment.
The previously used accounting functions, such as the old accounting reports view, will be visible in Procountor environments (excl. new environments) for a few months alongside the new features/views, however they will be removed in August.
The new Chart of accounts features include the following changes:
- New chart of accounts. Modifying the chart of accounts for your own specific needs is now easier. The account groups and headers are no longer fixed, instead they can be edited freely.
- Renewed accounting reports. The new accounting reports use new default report formulas that have been created for Swedish environments. In addition, the search criteria have been improved and the user can e.g. select the search criteria to be shown and share them to other users. In addition, the report length “Brief” can be used in accounting reports.
- Updated report formulas (in accounting reports). Creating custom report formulas with key figures is now easier and more efficient with a new row function type. Report formulas can be created with the new “Report formulas (new)” button on the new accounting reports view.
- Freely editable default accounting report formulas. It is now possible to edit the default accounting report formulas, that is how the income statement and balance sheet are presented in accounting reports and “closing of accounts” tools.
- Renewed balance sheet itemization. Generating a balance sheet itemisation will be easier as a result of (“thanks to”) improved automation. The applicable settings are determined on a new “Balance sheet accounts settings for itemization” view.

(Please note the article is in Swedish. The English version of the same article described the changes in Finnish Procountor environments. The changes are similar, however the schedules in Sweden are different and some features (such as tax declarations) do not exist in Swedish environments).
