Verifikathantering

• Vid redigering av flera kostnadsverifikat i vyn Hantering av kostnadsverifikat får användaren nu ett meddelande om att information inte har sparats vid hopp mellan olika verifikat.

Mini-appen

• Ett par språkliga förändringar i Mini har gjort och det är att funktionen Verifikat nu byter namn till Kvitto och funktionen Nytt verifikat byter namn till Nytt kvitto för att förtydliga för användaren.

Kontoutdragets bokföringssida

• Längst ned till vänster på kontoutdragets bokföringssida visas vem som har skapat kontoutdraget. Efter uppdateringen i mars kommer denna att visa “Procountor” efter att kontoutdraget har lästs in i systemet. I dagsläget ser det ut enligt bilden nedan.

Registreringsverktyg

• I Procountor finns både Registreringsverktyg och Registreringsverktyg (ny). I och med releasen, den 20:e mars, så kommer Registreringsverktyg att helt tas bort och Registreringsverktyg (ny) tar då över namnet Registreringsverktyg.

NEW FEATURES IN PROCOUNTOR VERSION 50.0

New version 50.0 of Procountor will be released on March 20th. In Procountor version release 50.0 we will release improvements to receipt handling and the journal in bank statements’ accounting page.

Receipt handling

• When editing multiple cost receipts on the Cost receipt management view, user is now getting a notification for unsaved data when moving between receipts.

Bank statement’s accounting page

• After the version release in March, the creator info in the journal of bank statement’s accounting page will be “Procountor”, when the bank statement has been red in to Procountor and the accounting page has been automatically created.

Ledger entry tool

• Until now there has been two ledger entry tools in Procountor: Ledger entry tool and Lendger entry tool (new). Ledger entry tool (new) is meant to replace Ledger entry tool.
• In the version release of March, we will remove Ledger entry tool, which means that after 20^th of March the Ledger entry tool (new) is the only ledger entry tool available.
• When removing the old Ledger entry tool, we will also change the name of Ledger entry tool (new) to Ledger entry tool.
• Further information about the remaining ledger entry tool (before March 20^th Ledger entry tool (new) and after March 20^th Ledger entry tool) can be found from Procountor’s online manual (in Swedish).
