Improvements to the reconciliation tools

The “Update reporting database” -button and functionality has been removed from the following reconciliation tools:

Reconciliation report for open invoices
Accounts and transactions
Account transaction matching report

After the release of the new accounting reports, the database is updated automatically as the view is loaded.

Visual improvements to the Accounting reports (new) view

The PDF previews in the Accounting reports (new) view previously divided long numbers in two rows. The readability of the report has now been improved by ensuring that all numbers are shown on a single row.
