In the February version release, we will be releasing new features to Procountor salaries and particularly to the holiday calculation. After the update it will be possible to check and update an employee’s holiday earning rule retrospectively for the entire holiday year. In addition, we are adding the possibility to import a collective agreement on the holiday data import file. We will also be releasing a number of usability improvements you can take a closer look at below.
Please note the upcoming changes to the Ledger entry tool in this version update.
USABILITY IMPROVEMENTS
Importing files when creating salary lists
- If the import file contains a social security number that is used by two separate employees, one of which is passive, the import will ignore the passive person and will create a salary slip for the active employee.
Accounts and transactions report
- From now on if the user searching for the Accounts and transactions report does not have user rights to payroll, the report will only show the name of the salary list instead of the name of the employee. The user will no longer be able to access the salary slip from the report, either.
- More information on the Accounts and transactions report can be found in our online manual.
Salary slip PDF preview
- Previously, the salary slip PDF preview showed the remaining holidays according to the time and date the PDF was printed.
- We have now changed the logic behind this, so that the salary slip PDF now shows the holidays remaining when the salary slip was created, not the holidays remaining when the PDF preview was opened.
Employee Holidays tab adjustment history
- The adjustment history has not always shown all changes made by other users until the web browser was refreshed. This has now been fixed.
Income tax return form 6B
- The previously noted problem in the mapping of accounts to the 2020 income tax return form 6B will be fixed in the March version update. This error caused information from account group 141 to be mapped to field 437 and account group 147 to be mapped to field 438 on the tax return even though neither of these fields should be automatically filled.
- We have removed the erroneous mappings to these fields 437 and 438 from all Procountor environments.
Bank statement accounting logs
- After the March update, the bank statement Accounting view will add the name Procountor to the Created time stamp when the bank statement has been imported to the environment, and the account postings have been automatically formed.
