DIMENSIONS IN THE INVOICE VERIFICATION VIEW
It is now possible to see dimensions that have been set on purchase, travel and expense invoices directly on the invoice’s "Verification" view. A new panel called "Dimensions" has been introduced on the view.
On the panel users can see the dimensions and items that have been set on the invoice without the need to navigate between "Dimensions" and "Verification" views.
Next to the dimensions and items table there are two shortcut buttons, "Receipt dimensions" and "Transaction dimensions". "Receipt dimensions" button leads directly to the receipt’s “Dimensions” view, where the dimensions of the entire receipt can be viewed and handled.
“Transaction dimensions” button can be used after selecting a transaction row from the table. The user is taken to the dimensions view of the selected transaction.
Usability improvements
The table controlling tools have been simplified in tables that can be modified (e.g. receipt search results). All tools related to table controlling have been combined and placed to the top-right corner of the table, behind a cog wheel icon. Here, table columns can be hidden from the table and after possible modifications, the table columns can be set back to default state.
