VERSION 24.0 PROCOUNTOR

Version 24.0 of Procountor will be published on the 27th of March 2018. Maintenance work for the version update will be done between Friday May 25th from 8pm until Saturday May 27th at 5pm. Procountor will be unavailable for use during this time.

Procountor’s new features in version release 24.0

Virk API Integration

Fetching business partner's basic information. A new feature for fetching business partner’s basic information from the public Danish company register (Virk) to the business partner registers in Procountor was released. The information can be fetched by using the company ID and the basic information will be automatically added to the information fields in Procountor by clicking the “Import to partner register” button.

Inventory management

Light inventory feature for keeping track of inventory changes. A light inventory feature was released which makes it possible for e.g. reseller companies to keep track of their inventory. The feature includes inventory management and inventory report, whichhelp in monitoring the inventory amounts etc. This is an additional feature, whichcan be activated by contacting our customer service.

Improvements to Graphical reports

Multi select functionality in the reports' search criteria. When editing search criteria in the report’s multi select components, user had to press Ctrl button down when selecting or deselecting filter items. Now the Ctrl button is no longer needed.

 
GDPR related changes and additions

User right change log. It is now possible to view changes made to user rights in the Users and privilegesview. When selecting a user in User and privileges, there is a new option to review changes to user’s user rights by selecting the Show user right changes button. This option is available for users who have full user rights to the Users and privileges view.

User's right to know information stored about them. A new functionality to export partner information has been created under Business partner register’s Partner basic info view. Using the Export register data button it is possible to download an Excel or HTML file containing all information about the partner in the Business partner register. Additionally partner related invoices and receipts can be exported by using the Search invoices button. This functionality will provide a list of all invoices and receipts that have been created for the partner. Invoices can then be exported by selecting Printable list.

New contact information field under Company's Basic Info - Data Protection Officer. It is now possible to fill in company’s Data Protection Officer contact information under Company Info>Basic info>Contact persons for each environment.

Improvements in user rights of predefined user roles. When creating a new user or modifying an existing user by selecting a predefined role for the user, Procountor suggests a set of user rights suitable for the selected role. Predefined user rights can be modified as before, except user role Employee which is a fixed role. These predefined user rights for different roles have now been updated to better suit the function of the user role. For example,the predefined role Sales does not automatically include the user rights for Person register. Please note, that the user rights of the existing users are not changed. The change applies only for new roles based on predefined settings.

GDPR file vault. A set of informational and instructional documents about GDPR have been added to Procountor for users to view. The documents, some of them also mentioned in the general terms of customer agreement, are placed under the GDPR file vault view, which can be found under the Management or via help panel by selecting ? icon.

Other improvements

Bank statement fix for the BEC banks. In this version,a fix for the bank connections using BEC bank central was released. It is now possible to read in bank statements from banks such as vestJysk Bank, Nykredit or for example Merkur Andelskasse.

Direct bank transfer - export list of items. It is now possible to export Direct bank transfer search results to Excel or HTML by mouse right-click on Direct bank transfer search results and selecting Export to Excel or Export to HTML.

Customer service's temporary viewing access to customer environments. Customer service viewing access is a function, which temporarily allows Procountor Customer service to view customer environments for problem solving purposes. Customer service will not be able to make any changes in the environment. User can find the setting under Management > Company info > Usage settings, by ticking the box Customer service access > Allow customer service to access the environment for problem solving purposes. The user who has full rights to the company’s Usage settingscan do this action.Setting is enabled for all customers as a default after the version release. Purpose of this new feature is to make Procountor customer service more efficient and able to provide better and faster service for our customers.Events of the viewing session will always be logged to the system’s audit log.
